Exciting events are happening at Westlake Prep.  We had our GROUND BREAKING on April 21.  Pastor Bill Woolsey of Crosspoint Community Church in Katy officiated the program. Also in attendance was Pastor Jerry McNamara of Fishers of Men Lutheran Church in Sugar Land.  Others included the School Board of the Lutheran Education Association of Houston, Dr. Wayne Kramer, Executive Director, David Sommermeyer, Project Manager, Mike Porterfield, Architect, and Mike Bricker, Construction Company.  Progress continues on the construction of the newest Private Christian School in the Katy/Ft Bend area, Westlake Prep.  The site work is progressing nicely with the storm sewers and sanitary sewers completed.  The area for the slab has been prepared and should be poured shortly.   A temporay office has been set up on site for you to come by and meet me and to see how the construction is going.  It is very exciting to see the daily progress and to know that late this summer there will be a beautiful new school.  Please give me a call if you have any quesitons.  Glenn Gerber; Head of School
